What color profile should I use?
For artwork with skin tones we recommend using sRGB, but for most other colorful art Adobe 1998, ProPhoto, or other wide-gamut profiles will work the best.
What resolution should my image be?
For the highest quality printing we recommend an output resolution of 300 DPI when your image is scaled properly.
What file format should I use?
While you can upload any file type in our upload manager, we prefer recieving: .tiff, .psb, .psd.
.jpg, .jpeg, .png are also allowed but less desirable.
What's the maximum file size?
If your file is larger than 5GB, use this link to our Webcargo upload page. In the case of using this link, we also request that you upload a small image file (screenshot or low-resolution output) to this order. It will be a great help in smoothly fulfilling your order. In the note section under your uploaded image, let us know your large file has been sent through Webcargo.
Proofing Sheet
If you'd like to receive a small-scale (8x10) proofing sheet before your final prints are made, please add the 'Proofing Sheet' to your cart after adding adding your prints to the cart. In the notes section, you'll need to specify which print you'd like a proof of. Available options include a fit-to-page scaled, or 100% zoomed image.
Each sheet only applies to a single uploaded image. If you have 2 uploaded files and want a proofing sheet for each, you'll have to add 2 proofing sheets to your cart.
Quantity Discounts
We offer quantity discounts on orders with quantities of 6+ prints on the same type of paper.
- 1 - 5 prints: Standard price
- 6 - 10 prints: 5% off
- 11 - 19 prints: 10% off
- 20+ prints: 15% off
HOW THIS WORKS
You can add multiple images and prints sizes to your cart, and will get the discount if the print quantity on any specific type of paper is over 5.
Example to get a discount:

(3x) 20x30 prints on paper A
Example when you won't get a discount:
(2x) 8x10 prints on paper A
(4x) 20x30 prints on paper B
Local Pick-Up
Local pick-up is always available for your prints! If you select local pick-up at checkout, we will contact you when your prints are ready.
